Understanding exactly what you need to do in order to achieve ISO9001:2015 can be a bit of a challenge. Sometimes the language in the standard can be a little, well, unclear. Don't get me wrong the 2015 version of the ISO9001 standard is vastly improved over the previous versions of the standard but unless you are familiar with ISO standards and Quality Assurance principals it can be a little confusing at times.

We pondered the best way to simplify this and decided that the best idea would be to translate the standard into plain English, create a step by step , clause by clause guide to what you need to do to actually meet the standard and add value to your organisation. The aim is to demystify what you need to do, show you what documentation or systems you really do need and what you actually don't need. We make it clear who has to be involved in your system (hint.. it's everyone!) and give you some steps to do this.

By walking through each clause and implementing the elements you need, by the end of the book you should be able to create a great ISO9001:2015 compliance system. We have included some links to our free download resources as well where that makes sense so that you don't have to recreate things from scratch as well.
